Cheniqua Morales, BSN, RNC-MNN, C-EFM, C-ONQS is a Perinatal Patient Safety Nurse at New York Presbyterian-Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. She specializes in multidisciplinary collaboration with the Obstetric, Anesthesia, Nursing, and Quality teams to enhance clinical safety and effectiveness. By identifying areas for improvement in clinical practices and implementing evidence-based strategies, Cheniqua leads initiatives that strengthen teamwork, increase efficiency, and support the hospital's safety goals.
Target Audience: Nurses, physicians, midwives, and administrators on obstetric healthcare teams.
Learning Outcome: At the conclusion of the program, participants will self-report increased knowledge of best practices for enhancing patient safety in the obstetric setting.
