Improving Immunization Rates Among Children and Adolescents

This professional education webinar will provide an overview of childhood immunization and disease rates. There will also be a discussion of vaccine hesitancy and strong vaccine recommendations. In addition, the New Jersey Immunization Information System will provide information about the system and the Docket app, explain the enrollment process for providers, and discuss troubleshooting for commonly identified issues.


Target Audience: Nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals

Learning Outcome: After attending this program, participants will report intent to include the information presented into professional practice.
